This document governs the flow of data within the system architecture. As privacy advocates, we believe in the sovereignty of the user over their own digital output.

Bloopy Quest executes a hardcoded Zero-Data directive. We capture NO Personal Data and NO Usage Data. Your device operates independently without pinging our servers.

Personal and Telemetry Nullification

Personal Data: The application does not prompt for input regarding personally identifiable variables. It is structurally incapable of requesting your name, physical address, email, or biometric passkeys.

Telemetry Data: Background analytics threads have been terminated. The software will not log your IP address mask, hardware MAC address, operating system build, or gameplay interaction timestamps.

There are NO web cookies, pixel trackers, or persistent DOM storage elements deployed within the Application runtime.

5. Processing Array Empty

Because the Foundation extracts a total of zero bytes from your terminal, we do NOT execute algorithms for:

• Account indexing or player identification.
• Spam distribution or targeted advertising payloads.
• System performance profiling.
• Data brokerage with corporate affiliates.

6. Memory Volatility

The Foundation controls no external databases for user profiling. Save states, high scores, and logical unlocks reside entirely in the non-volatile memory of your local Device. Purging the Application initiates a complete structural wipe of this local data.

Given the offline, standalone architecture of the software, zero packets are routed through the internet or across international digital borders.

Since your information exists solely on your local instance, removing the app satisfies the right to data erasure completely. We maintain zero cloud backups of your activity to delete.

If compelled by judicial authority to provide evidence logs, our verifiable and encrypted response remains: zero logs are written or stored by this software.

Bloopy Quest operates offline natively. To prevent side-channel leaks, we have stripped the source code of all third-party SDKs. This ensures the total absence of commercial ad networks (e.g., Google AdMob), tracking suites (e.g., Firebase Analytics), and OAuth social sign-ins.

Our commitment to infosec includes shielding the youth. By deploying an indiscriminate zero-data block, we naturally and completely comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA), capturing zero variables from any age demographic.
